Vista Del Camino II faces limited access to the community, especially during storm events. With only one access point from Roosevelt St. to the north, residents may be cut off from their homes during storms due to flooding in the Indian Bend Wash.
Join us for an open house to learn about a new mixed-use pathway which will also function as a vehicular access route during flood events, to provide an emergency access route to the community. Construction is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2027.
